Simply choose a subscription plan that fits your hiring needs, and you'll receive a set number of hiring credits annually. Each hiring credit allows you to hire one candidate.
The biggest difference between Pay Per Hire and Recruiting as a Service is that the subscription service offers significant savings on hiring global talent.

If you need to hire more than your subscribed credits, additional hires cost standard at Pay Per Hire rates:
Annual Salary below $30,000: Fee of $3,500.

The primary limitation is the number of open projects you can have simultaneously. With our Growth plan, you can have a maximum of 1 open project at a time. Our Enterprise plan allows for up to 2 open projects at once. This ensures dedicated focus and quality on each recruitment effort.
Yes, we stand by the quality of our hires. If a candidate hired through our service doesn't work out within the first 90 days, we offer a one-time replacement guarantee at no additional cost to you.
If the candidate doesn’t work out within this period, you won’t need to use an additional hiring credit to find a replacement.
No problem at all! You can opt for our Pay Per Hire solution, where you pay a one-time success fee based on the hired candidate's annual salary. This is a great option for clients who plan to hire fewer than 5 contractors a year. It provides flexibility and ensures you only pay when you successfully hire a candidate. This way, you can still access top talent without the commitment of an annual subscription.
In this subscription model, the cost remains the same regardless of the salary of the position being filled. There are no additional fees for higher-salaried roles.
Yes, hiring multiple people from a single project will count against your total allotted headhunting credits.
Any unused credits at the end of the year are forfeited, which is a risk you take with the subscription model. This emphasizes the importance of accurately predicting your hiring needs.
