Our Client is an international Market Research Company based in US that is doing market research projects in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) category. This company provides market intelligence data and other relevant information about FMCG industry that their customers need.

The Client was looking for a Customer Support Representative who could work to support their Business Development team by managing current customer accounts and answering their inquiries.

Our customer is a global firm and most of their team is working remotely, so they were well aware of the benefits of remote employees. Remote staff is their competitive edge. So our client hired us to find a ridiculously talented Customer Support Representative from Ukraine.
