Who is the Client and what he was looking for?

Our client is a beverage manufacturing company that is producing private label beverages for customers globally. The Client was looking for an Executive Assistant who could provide administrative assistance to their top management. This was already a second remote employee in the company, so processes for managing remote staff were already in place. The main reason why they were hiring remote employees was to improve the bottom line. So our client hired us to find a ridiculously talented Exectuve Assistant from Ukraine.

Whom did they hire?

Oksana is now full-time Executive Assistant who is responsible for:

• Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
• Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
• Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

What is the salary?

Lina is a full-time employee for €950 per month.
